The energetic bodies and auras store the fall-out of our everyday stresses and strains. On top of this, they also contain the cellular memories of past lives and/or early traumas in this life. Also, if you’re not taking the time to strengthen, protect and refresh your energies, this part of your being can wane and leave you vulnerable to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual ailments.
